‘She had to be rushed’: Radhika Gupta reveals she suffered a head injury after a fall last week | tendency

Radhika Gupta, CEO and Managing Director of Edelweiss Mutual Fund, was rushed to the hospital on Sunday, October 6, after suffering a serious fall that resulted in a head injury. The incident took place earlier in the day and she was immediately taken to hospital, where she received emergency treatment, including medical tests and stitches.

Despite the severity of the injury, Gupta was released from the hospital in less than two and a half hours. The prompt treatment and efficiency of the medical staff played a crucial role in his speedy recovery.

Express gratitude on social media

After his recovery, Gupta took to social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to share his experience and express his gratitude for the prompt medical care he received at the Hospital.

She wrote: “This is a thank you post! I had a serious fall and rear head injury last Sunday. I had to be rushed for emergency medical attention and then treatment. Although it was a Sunday morning, I managed to get an ambulance, excellent care, tests and points in a few hours thanks to the efficient team at Jaslok Hospital, I was back home in 2.5 hours. autumn”.

In his post, Gupta compared his experience with health services in other developed countries, highlighting the long waits often faced in emergency rooms abroad. He praised the Indian healthcare system for its efficiency, stating, “We are not a perfect country, but there are many things we do well, and for that I am very grateful.”
