Helldivers 2 rival Starship Troopers Extermination reveals post-launch roadmap

For the rest of 2024, the team is mainly working on performance improvements and optimization, probably the most pressing issue right now, as players continue to report bugs, lags, and frame drops along with other bugs (and not of the type you want to see). ). Progress on the galactic front is ongoing, along with new side missions, enemy glitches, and continued work on the Enterprises. There will also be some quality of life improvements, including a cargo locker that will allow you to quickly switch between different gear configurations.

In the first quarter of 2025, there are plans to introduce new skills and perks, and five new levels of class progression. You can also expect the arrival of Morita series accessories under the barrel, and you’ll likely want them as the bug holes start opening up on the map. Speaking of which, a new map is coming in the second quarter of 2025, along with a new bug type and the second chapter of the SOG solo play tutorial.
