Sean “Diddy” Combs turns 55 behind bars, so his birthday meals are probably a little different this year.

The rapper celebrated his birthday on Monday, November 4, at the MDC Brooklyn Detention Center in New York, where he remains in custody amid his sexual assault charges and legal troubles. On his big day, Diddy will have the option of several items from the facility’s daily menu.

Diddy’s breakfast on Monday included servings of fruit, cereal, milk and a breakfast cake on a shared menu with We weekly by the Federal Bureau of Prisons. For lunch, the rapper had pasta with marinara sauce with either chickpeas or meatballs, a garden salad with dressing, whole grain bread and a side of fruit.

The menu also reveals that Diddy has the option of chicken fried rice or tofu for dinner, along with black beans, carrots and whole wheat bread. A drink comes with every meal throughout the day.

Federal Bureau of Prisons” website lists a menu with food options available to inmates with committed funds, including a bag of albacore tuna for $3.45 and a prime rib steak meal for $9.95. Condiments such as garlic or curry powder can be added at an additional cost.

Diddy has been in jail ever since he was arrested in New York City on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering on September 16. His arrest came 10 months after his ex-girlfriend cassia accused the music mogul of sexual assault and rape in November 2023. Diddy denied the claims at the time and the lawsuit was settled a day after it was submitted. Following Cassie’s allegations, several people filed their own sexual assault lawsuits against Diddy, who has vehemently denied any wrongdoing.

Diddy’s 14 page indictmentopened on Sept. 17, accused Diddy of hosting parties known as “Freak Offs,” which allegedly involved “elaborate and produced sexual performances” that Diddy would orchestrate and electronically record. The documents allege that Diddy would use the footage from the parties to coerce the victims into engaging in “extended sexual acts with commercial male sex workers.”

The indictment also revealed that various “Freak Off” supplies were seized during Homeland Security operations. March raids on Diddy’s Miami and Los Angeles homes. Among the items seized were narcotics, baby oil, lubricant and multiple firearms.

Diddy pleaded not guilty to his sex-trafficking and racket and was he was ordered to remain in prison until his trial begins in May 2025. Three calls for Diddy’s release from prison were refusedas well as a request for an order preventing government officials from leaking information about the case.

However, Judge Arun Subramanian ruled on Oct. 25 that both federal agents and Diddy’s team are not allowed to share information about the grand jury proceedings that could interfere with a fair trial, according to court documents obtained by Us.

diddy’s lawyer Mark Agnifilohas maintained the musician’s innocence, telling CNN Source with Kaitlan Collins on September 17, “He is innocent. I think he’s innocent. I believe he is innocent of the charges. He will go to trial. And I think he will win.”

Diddy continued to face multiple charges during his time behind bars. A named witness Courtney Burgess testified before a federal grand jury on Thursday, October 31, claiming he was given 11 flash drives containing evidence against Diddy, NewsNation. The videos on the flash drive are said to be footage of eight intoxicated celebrities who appeared to be “victims” of Diddy’s alleged crimes.
