A Leavenworth man has been convicted of making threats with a deadly weapon

LANSING, Kan. (KCTV) – A man previously convicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon has now been convicted of making a criminal threat with a deadly weapon.

27-year-old Noah Sanchez was convicted again this week of being in possession of a firearm. Sanchez, in December 2023, angrily went to a victim’s home and began pounding on the door.

Court documents said when the victim refused to open the door for him, he threatened to shoot up her apartment while he held a gun.
