SCSC felicitates traffic volunteers for excellence in traffic management – Telangana Today

At an event, awards were presented to traffic volunteers for their efforts in managing traffic and ensuring the safety of commuters.

Hyderabad: The Society for Cyberabad Security Council (SCSC) congratulated the traffic volunteers, traffic training institute officials, good samaritans and traffic management staff of Cyberabad.

In an event, awards were given to traffic volunteers for their efforts in managing traffic and ensuring the safety of commuters, officials of the Traffic Training Institute for improving the skills of traffic personnel, good Samaritans for their selfless acts of kindness and traffic officials for maintaining law and order and ensuring road safety in Cyberabad.

Speaking at the event, Joel Davis, Joint Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Cyberabad, lauded the efforts of SCSC in promoting road safety and expressed his gratitude for the contributions of both officials and volunteers. SCSC General Secretary Ramesh Kaza emphasized the importance of community involvement in road safety.

A total of 160 volunteers, including active professionals, students, social volunteers and representatives of various organizations and hospitals, were felicitated.

As part of the felicitation programme, special recognition was given to Lokendra Singh (@hydtrafficman on X and Instagram), a citizen who actively educates the public about traffic rules and reports traffic violations.
