According to court documents, on the afternoon of Sept. 6, officers were called to a Casey gas station at 30th and Dodge streets in Midtown.

The report says a Casey’s employee told police a woman ran into the gas station with zip ties around her hands and burns on her legs. She told the employee, “They kidnapped me.”

The victim told police he met a man earlier that day to sell an iPad at a North Omaha business.

The victim said he asked him to get in his car so he could drive to another location to make sure the iPad was working with Wi-Fi. The documents say the man did not let her leave the vehicle.

Documents say the victim was zip-tied and blindfolded. She was then put into the Nissan Altima driven by Pappan.

The woman told authorities that Bordeaux burned her with a lighter and punched her in the face. she said the group talked about killing her and using plastic and cement to dispose of her body. When police spoke to Pappan, he said the abduction lasted about three hours.

The victim was then driven to Casey’s, where he escaped and ran for help.
