The development of international protection accommodation on the site of a former paint factory in Coolock, north Dublin, is dependent on gardaí being satisfied the works will not result in “serious disruption”, the High has heard court

Lawyers for the company which is leasing and plans to develop the former Crown Paints warehouse in Coolock said this is one of two “preconditions” that must be met before work can begin.
