Urgent search for missing 14-year-old girl who has not been seen for five days after disappearing without her glasses

Police have issued an appeal for information on the whereabouts of a missing 14-year-old girl.

Beatrice, also known as Betty, was last seen at Wembley five days ago on October 19. It is believed the teenager was missing his glasses when he went missing.

The Metropolitan Police appealed for anyone who has seen him to get in touch two days later, with the local community increasingly concerned for his safety.

A Facebook post by My Romania Community, an organization aimed at helping Romanians settle in the UK, said: “Our beloved young volunteer, Beatrice, affectionately known as Betty, has gone missing from Wembley, UK.

‘We are very worried about her! Beatrice is a wonderful young woman who is very active in community activities, always incredibly helpful.’

Beatrice, whose last name has not been shared, has been described as approximately 5ft 2in, of slim build with short brown hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a white sweatshirt with a black square with writing, black sweatpants with gray stripes down the side, and black sneakers.

She volunteered at Mr Romania Community, a non-profit organization that helps people in her community in various ways, including finding jobs and organizing community events.

“We urge everyone to share this as widely as possible!” The group, based in Harlesden, north-west London, added.
