A ‘dramatic’ police chase caught on dash cam

Footage shows the moment a man was arrested after a police chase broke loose.

Nottinghamshire Police shared dashcam and body camera footage of the chase in Bawtry on October 15.

The pursuit ended after officers made “tactical contact” with the Ford Focus near the village of Everton.

Police said a 31-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving, failure to stop, being equipped to steal, driving without insurance and driving without a licence.

He was released on conditional bail, the force added.
