Dak Prescott shares an intimate look at engagement to Sarah Jane Ramos

It was a golf outing that Dak Prescott and his girlfriend, Sarah Jane Ramos, will surely not forget.

Announcing his engagement to Ramos on Friday, the Cowboys quarterback took to Instagram to share photos of the intimate moment, when he got down on one knee on the green.

“Mine forever!!!! The best friend, partner, teammate, mother and now fiancé I could ever ask for or pray for! Thank you God for this blessing and family! I love you,” Prescott captioned, of 31 years, the images.

In the first photo, Prescott is seen on one knee smiling at Ramos, who covered his mouth with his hands in disbelief.

The newly engaged couple shared a kiss in another snap while 8-month-old daughter MJ was seen in a separate photo wearing a jumpsuit that read: “Hi Mom, Daddy has a question for you.”

Other photos showed an evening celebration with the family of three.

Ramos, who was first linked to Prescott in 2023, received a 10-carat emerald-cut engagement ring from Jason of Beverly Hills that features side stones and is valued at $1 million.

“In my business, there are high-maintenance clients and then there’s Dak,” Jason Arasheben, CEO of Jason in Beverly Hills, said of the design process with the three-time Pro Bowler. “Dak was very easy to work with and very intentional with every detail of this ring.

“She was involved in every aspect and I really wanted this to be a ring that she would love. She wanted something classic but with a bit of a twist and that’s exactly what we did.”

The life-changing moment follows what has been a rollercoaster ride for Prescott so far.

Weeks after agreeing to a four-year, $240 million contract extension on Sept. 8, the Cowboys are currently 3-3 after a lopsided loss to the Lions at home in Week 6.

Prescott threw zero touchdowns and two interceptions in last Sunday’s 47-9 loss. He has thrown eight touchdowns against six interceptions this year.

The Cowboys will have this week off and return to action next Sunday in San Francisco against the 49ers.
