Trump Reveals His Cholesterol, Then Warns About Harris’ ‘Deeply Serious’ Medical Conditions

Kamala Harris is in “excellent health” and “has the physical and mental resilience” needed to serve as president, her doctor said in a letter released over the weekend summarizing her medical history and condition.

Donald Trump, meanwhile, disagrees.

The former president, who has shared only limited information about his health over the years, took to social media after midnight Tuesday to brag about his good health, without providing any evidence from doctors, and criticized Harris for his “deeply serious” conditions. to a rash and red eyes.

Dr. Joshua Simmons, an Army colonel and physician to the vice president, wrote that Harris, 59, maintains a healthy, active lifestyle and that his most recent physical last April was “unremarkable.” .

Among his findings, Harris has a history of seasonal allergies and hives, or hives. He has been able to “drastically” improve his symptoms over the past three years with an immunotherapy drug that helps the body become less sensitive to allergens.

Trump took advantage of the diagnosis.

“… As for his completely desperate request for my medical certificates, he is dying to see my cholesterol (which is 180!), I have already provided them many times, even recently, and they were flawless . I just saw Kamala’s report, and it’s not good. According to her doctor’s report, she suffers from “hives,” defined as “a rash of round, red bumps on the skin, sometimes with a dangerous swelling”. He also has “allergic rhinitis and allergic conjunctivitis”, a very messy and dangerous situation. These are deeply serious conditions that clearly affect his functioning. Maybe that’s why he can’t answer even the simplest of questions they do 60 Minutes and others. What’s this all about? I don’t have these issues…” Trump posted on Truth Social.

“… I’ve had more medical exams than any other president in history and I’ve passed two cognitive tests,” Trump said in another post, which is not accurate.

Trump has released very little health information, even after his ear was grazed by a bullet during an assassination attempt in July in Pennsylvania.

If Trump, who is 78, is elected next month, he would be the oldest president in US history when his term ends in 2029.

When Harris’ office released the medical report, his campaign highlighted recent media reports that raised questions about Trump’s health and mental acuity and his reluctance to provide detailed information about the condition of your health and medical history.

Trump eagerly questioned Joe Biden’s physical and mental fitness as the 81-year-old sought re-election. Since Biden dropped out of the race and was replaced by Harris on the Democratic ticket, Trump’s health has drawn more attention.

Last November, Trump marked Biden’s birthday by releasing a letter from his doctor reporting that the former president was in “excellent” physical and mental health. The letter posted on Trump’s social media platform did not contain details about his weight, blood pressure and cholesterol levels, nor any test results to support his claims.
