Princess Beatrice’s stepson Wolfie joins his glamorous architect mum Dara Huang at London’s Frieze Art Fair

The mother of Princess Beatrice’s eight-year-old stepson Wolfie has been sharing snaps from a trip to London this week, after hosting events at the city’s famous Frieze Art Fair.

On Instagram, the 41-year-old architect shared images from a busy week at the Frieze gallery, where she was also joined by Wolfie.

Dara captioned the photos: “Frieze week has been crazy! Hosted two events and had so much fun doing it.

“So happy to be surrounded by such amazing friends and supporters – it’s been a really long week, but it ended with a bang.”

Dara posed elegantly against a red and white backdrop, wearing a black ensemble with knee-high boots, a tailored blazer and a plunging neckline.

The 41-year-old hosted two events at the Frieze Art Fair, and among the group of images was a shot of Wolfie in what appeared to be a bowling alley inside the gallery.

Christopher ‘Wolfie’ Mapelli Mozzi is the son of Edoardo, who is the husband of Princess Beatrice.

The architect wore a long-sleeved black T-shirt that showed off his toned physique. She teamed the look with smart blue jeans and wore her long dark locks in a relaxed bun.

Meanwhile, eight-year-old Wolfie looked adorable in a long-sleeved T-shirt and shorts as he held a bowling ball at his mum’s event.

In another image, Dara posed elegantly against a red and white back drop as she donned a black ensemble complete with knee high boots, a tailored blazer and a plunging neckline.

Also in attendance were tennis player Venus Williams and author John Dodelande – who was photographed next to Dara, who put his arms around her shoulders.

Dara hosted two events at London’s Frieze Art Fair last week: the international fair ran from September 18 to October 27.

Princess Beatrice attended the Frieze Art Fair last week, although it is unclear if she was at an event hosted by her husband’s former fiancé.

The 36-year-old royal was all smiles as she stepped out at the VIP preview at the Regent’s Park event, following the announcement that she was expecting her second child last week.

Dara was previously engaged to Princess Beatrice’s husband, interior designer Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, with whom the royal recently announced she was expecting a baby.

Christopher ‘Wolfie’ Mapelli Mozzi was born in March 2016 before Dara and Edoardo separated two years later in 2018; he then married Beatrice in July 2020.

Wolfie made his first royal engagement appearance last December at the Together At Christmas carol service at Westminster Abbey alongside Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

Wolfie will be the big brother to Princess Beatrice’s new child. He is already Sienna’s three-year-old brother.

Recently, the architect said that Wolfie “has had two sets of parents trying to help him on both sides, adding ‘the more the merrier.’

“I feel blessed to have such positive people around her, who really embrace her, because it didn’t have to be this easy,” she told Harper’s Bazaar.

Dara added: “It’s all about your point of view. I don’t understand people who are divorced and then have their children as collateral – it doesn’t make any sense.

“It’s about creating a happy home and lifestyle.”

Dara Huang, 41, who was in a relationship with Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi between 2015 and 2018, shares seven-year-old Wolfie with her ex, who is now married to Princess Beatrice.

The mother of Princess Beatrice’s stepson has said she is glad her son Wolfie has “two parents trying to help him” navigate his childhood.

The respect is clearly mutual, with Wolfie included in the official statement from Buckingham Palace announcing that Princess Andrew’s daughter was expecting last week.

Meanwhile, Beatrice eschews the term “stepmother” and calls herself an “extra mom” to Wolfie, saying it’s a “great honor” to be in his life. His own mother Sarah, Duchess of York, refers to Wolfie as “grandson”.

Dara, who was born in Florida to Taiwanese parents, has worked for celebrities including Margot Robbie, was head judge on Channel 4’s 2023 show The Big Interiors Battle.

Speaking in September at The Wick, she said she feels “really blessed” to live in London as it celebrates “art, design, fashion, history, culture and also food”.
