EPL: Fabregas talks comparison between Cole Palmer, Saka

Former Spain midfielder Cesc Fabregas has urged Chelsea and Arsenal fans to stop making the current comparisons between Cole Palmer and Bukayo Saka.

Fans often draw parallels between the two players on social media due to their age, left foot and goalscoring abilities.

Earlier this week, Palmer was named England’s Player of the Year, a title Saka had claimed for two years running.

Fabregas, who played for both London rivals, took to X on Sunday to deny the false quotes attributed to him.

He wrote: “The danger of social media is that people really believe everything they read. No need to compare players. England are lucky to have 2 amazing talents, just enjoy them!”
