Police search for robbery suspect near busy Las Vegas street

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Metro is looking for a robbery suspect in an area east of downtown Las Vegas.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said as of 6:30 p.m. Friday that they have several robbery suspects in custody but are still looking for one suspect in the area of Charleston Boulevard and Honolulu Street.

While officers search the area, they told FOX5 the area “will be inaccessible during the search.”

RTC sent out a traffic advisory indicating that Charleston and Honolulu have all lanes blocked due to this police activity.
