A Piscataway home that sold for $1.4 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in the Piscataway area between Oct. 14-27.

A total of 15 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area in the past two weeks, with an average price of $578,167. The average price per square meter reached $345.

The prices listed below refer to real estate sales where title was recorded from the week of October 14th through the week of October 27th even if the property was sold earlier.
