Local man charged in Bethlehem school theft – The Taylorsville Times

On Monday, October 28, 2024, at approximately 9:00 a.m., the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office took a report of a burglary and theft at Bethlehem Elementary School, according to Sheriff Chad Pennell.

On Wednesday, October 30 at approximately 3:12 p.m., Alexander County Sheriff’s officers arrested Kyle Nelson Martin, W/M, age 33 of Taylorsville. Martin was charged with one count of breaking and entering, one count of attempted breaking and entering, one count of possession of burglary tools, one count of damage to real property and one count of driving while license revoked.

Martin was placed under no bond, with a first court appearance set for Nov. 4, 2024.
