Mark your calendar: The Space Coast State Fair, free movie in the park and space memorabilia top our list of 10 fun things to do in Brevard this weekend.

1. Space Coast State Fair in Viera

The Space Coast State Fair runs Oct. 31-Nov. 17 at Space Coast Daily Park, 5775 Stadium Pkwy., Viera. In addition to thrill rides, games and fun in the middle, the fair also includes animal shows, professional bull riding and more. Admission is $10 or free for children under 36 inches or seniors 65 and older. Ticket supplements are available for unlimited rides (starting at $25) and fast passes ($10). 2. Band-A-Rama concert in Melbourne

The Melbourne Municipal Band brings all of his ensembles together for the first time in a one-night-only concert on Thursday, November 7 at 7pm at the Melbourne Auditorium, 625 E. Hibiscus Blvd. The evening includes performances by the MMB Concert Band, Rock & Roll Revue, 3- 2-1- Jazz Orchestra, Adagio Sax Quartet, New Horizons Band, Clarinetics and Sunshine Brass Quintet. 3. Free movie in the park: ‘Coco’

The 2017 film “Coco” (PG) will be shown at McLarty Park, 790 Barton Blvd., Rockledge, Friday, Nov. 1, at 7 p.m. In the film, aspiring musician Miguel, faced with his family’s ancestral ban on music, enters the Land of the Dead to find his great-great-grandfather, a legendary singer. The Brevard County Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) hosts the annual Brevard County Out of the Darkness Walk Saturday, November 2 at 10 a.m. in Wickham Park, 2500 Parkway Drive, Melbourne. The event aims to raise awareness and funds for suicide prevention initiatives, supporting those affected by suicide and promoting a culture that promotes mental health. Registration is required, but there is no registration fee and no minimum amount of money you need to raise to participate, although a goal of $150 or more is encouraged. 6. Space memorabilia show in Cocoa Beach

The American Space Museum and the US Space Walk of Fame Foundation will host a memorabilia show at the Beachside Hotel and Suites, 3901 N. Atlantic Ave., Cocoa Beach, on Saturday, Nov. 2, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. hand with space age relics as well as art and crafts. Included are items from the NASA Apollo and Shuttle programs, astronaut autographs, photographs, books, clothing and more. Admission is free, but donations will be accepted.   • First Friday in EGAD: First Fridays in the Eau Gallie Arts District (EGAD) are a monthly celebration of art, culture and community.
