In the first new lawsuit filed Monday in New York state court, plaintiff John Doe says he was 10 years old when his parents accompanied him to Manhattan to meet with music industry executives, including Combs, to advance his music career. in full development”. He says a consultant hired by his parents delivered him to a hotel room and then left him with Combs. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff was given a soda that he believes was laced with drugs.

“After the complainant consumed his soda and began to feel the effects of it, Combs told the complainant to come closer to him, which the complainant did. Combs suddenly pushed the plaintiff down and said things like, “You have to do some things you don’t want to do sometimes,” the lawsuit states. “Once the plaintiff pushed the plaintiff down, Combs pulled his penis out of his pants and told the ten-year-old plaintiff to ‘kiss.’ When the plaintiff resisted, Combs, however, forced his penis into the plaintiff’s mouth and proceeded to repeatedly thrust it in and out.” The plaintiff claims he “froze with terror”, lost consciousness and woke up later with his pants unzipped and pain in his anus and buttocks.

The new plaintiff claims his parents later noticed something was wrong. He says he told them what had happened and that “they were terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the abuse.” He claimed to suffer from severe depression and anxiety and had to be home-schooled after the alleged incident.

“The attorney behind this lawsuit is more interested in media attention than the truth, as evidenced by his constant media appearances and 1-800 number,” Combs’ media team wrote in an email to Rolling Stone on monday. “As I have said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are ridiculous on their face or can be proven false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – male or female, adult or minor.”

In a second lawsuit filed Monday, also in state court in Manhattan, a John Doe plaintiff claims he was 17 in 2008 when he attended a three-day hearing for Making the band. He claims that on the first day, Combs began groping and fondling him during a private meeting while asking him how he would handle “sexual pressure” situations in the music industry. He says that a day later, during another private interview, Combs allegedly forced him to perform oral sex and sodomized him.

Plaintiff John Doe alleges that Combs and a bodyguard then attacked him in tandem on the third day, with Combs seeing the attack as a test of his “willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed in the music business,” the lawsuit states. He claims his obvious discomfort with the incident led to his elimination from the competition.

Combs’ current legal troubles date back to last November, when his ex-girlfriend, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, filed trial for bomb rape and sex trafficking against him. Combs settled with Ventura within 24 hours. In her disturbing complaint, Ventura accused Combs of repeatedly physically abusing her and forcing her to participate in highly choreographed, drug-fueled sexual encounters called “shatters.”

Two more women have stepped forward with rape allegations a week after Ventura’s trial made global headlines. Several others filed similar lawsuits in the months that followed, as a parallel criminal investigation led to Combs’ indictment by a grand jury last month. The embattled music mogul, 54, pleaded not guilty. His trial is scheduled to begin in May.

On Friday, the judge overseeing Combs’ criminal case issued an order saying all parties are expected to follow evidentiary rules and keep secret sensitive, non-public information about Combs’ criminal case that led to the trial. U.S. District Court Judge Arun Subramanian issued his directive in the Southern District of New York after Combs’ attorneys accused federal officials of leaking information to the media.

“To be clear, this order is not based on a finding that there has been any wrongdoing to date, as the court has made no finding at this time regarding the defendant’s allegations that information related to the case was leaked,” the judge. he wrote. “The purpose of this order is to ensure that from now on nothing happens that interferes with a fair trial.”

If convicted, Combs faces a minimum of 15 years in prison and a maximum of life behind bars.
