Crystal resident offers $1,000 reward for information on burglary

CRYSTAL, Maine (WAGM) – A Crystal, Maine resident is asking for the public’s help in receiving information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) who broke into his home.

Fonda Anderson is asking for the public’s help with any information regarding the burglary of her home that occurred around and between mid-July and August.

Anderson came home on October 10 to find the remains of the damage done to her property.

“What happened here was they took down a light in the yard, they took down a fence. Before entering my property and opening the back doors to enter the residence. I had actually angled the decks away from the door to avoid anything happening. The decks were tilted back and were used for access. Included in this $10,000 worth of missing stuff is a lot of stainless steel material,” she said.

Anderson is offering a $1,000 reward for information.
