Buddy Hield is already making history with the Warriors

Buddy Hield has gotten off to a hot start in life in the Bay Area. The veteran sharpshooter joined the Golden State Warriors this summer as expected plug the perimeter scoring gap left behind by Klay Thompson.

Hield has been a flamethrower in the first two games for Steve Kerr’s team. He is averaging 24.5 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists on 75% three-point shooting while coming off the Warriors bench.

On Friday, Hield made seven of his nine three-point attempts, bringing his total through the first two games to 12. Shortly after the Warriors beat the Utah Jazz 127-86, their social media team announced that Hield had set a new NBA record for most threes by one team in first two games.
