NYPD searching for missing Staten Island boy

STATEN ISLAND, NY — Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a boy who was reported missing from Port Richmond.

Josiah Dash, 16, was last seen at his Hooker Place home around 10 p.m. Thursday, according to the NYPD.

Officers described the boy as 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighing about 170 pounds, according to a press release from the office of the NYPD Deputy Commissioner of Public Information.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers tip line at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
