Class for new parents scheduled | News, Sports, Employment

Basic Beginnings, a course for new parents or parents-to-be, will be held Saturday, November 16 in Minot.

The course includes demonstrations, discussions and facilitation to learn the basics of baby care in terms of attachment, bonding, safety, health, sleep, feeding and development.

The course will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Carrer 13 SE 900. There will be free childcare and lunch will be served.

The class is free and presented by the Parent and Family Resource Center with North Dakota State University Extension-Ward County.
