Netflix reveals first look at Cobra Kai’s ‘ultimate battle’ in Season 6, Part 2

Netflix has released a selection of first footage from Cobra Kai the second part of season 6, showing that viewers will witness the “ultimate battle”.

Most of the footage is set in the Sekai Taikai, as our fighters prepare for action.

One image shows Kreese and Johnny looking down, with the former brandishing a gun as Daniel looks on worriedly.

There’s also a picture of the kids enjoying a pizza, but judging by the expressions on their faces, it might not be a happy encounter.

“You’ve chased them down, now take it all! Who’s ready for more baddies in Season 6 Part 2? The ultimate battle will be epic!” read the caption of the social media post accompanying the new images.

But that’s not all, as we also have new casting news. Lewis Tan (Mortal Kombat, Deadpool and Wolverine, Shadow and bone) joins as the brilliantly named Sensei Wolf, Patrick Luwis (rebel moon) plays a character named Axel Kovacevic, and newcomer Rayna Vallandingham has been cast as a person named Zara Malik.

However, the second part of season 6 will not be the end of the show, as it only contains five of the remaining 10 episodes. The final five, including the feature ending, will drop at another time (probably 2025).

“My advice is to stop thinking of season six as a final season and see it as three different mini-seasons,” co-showrunner Jon Hurwitz said recently.

“Each batch was written with the release plan in mind, so the experience was designed to be enjoyed in five-episode chunks. Waiting for all 15 episodes to come out won’t improve your viewing experience.”

Cobra Kai Season 6 Part 1 is now streaming on Netflix. The second part of season 6 will premiere on November 28.
