Tractor-trailer crash closes part of W.Va. Turnpike

KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) – A portion of the West Virginia Turnpike (I-77/I-64) is closed Monday night after a tractor-trailer crash, according to the West Virginia Parkways Authority.

The crash was reported shortly after 7:30 p.m. in the Sharon area. A northbound lane was blocked in this area.

There were no injuries, only the tractor-trailer was involved.

West Virginia State Police are investigating the incident.
