McDonnell has a plan to cut property taxes

Shannon McDonnell understands what drives property tax increases thanks to her experience as president of the Winthrop City Council. She identified eliminating and/or reducing dozens of “unfunded state mandates” on cities, schools and the county. This includes LD 1594, an unfunded state mandate that her opponent voted for, which contributed significantly to the property tax increase.

We need people in the Legislature who understand the needs of local taxpayers and how devastating property taxes have become for many individuals and businesses. Vote for change in 2024; vote for Shannon McDonnell.
