“As a business owner, I can’t fathom charging someone for services they didn’t receive…I don’t want to drive into a hurricane where the house is a block from the beach and it’s a 6-foot storm surge. with seven children and not being able to leave because the roads are flooded. We are trying to be responsible and we are being punished for it.”
