THE WOMAN behind TV’s sexiest and sassiest scenes has revealed what really goes on behind the scenes, including Nicole Kidman’s non-stop orgasms in her new film Babygirl.

The new film Babygirl sees the Oscar-winning actress play a powerful, married corporate boss who falls for a kinky young intern.

This erotic thriller sees Nicole stripping down and wanting to be dominated by her new employee.

In a recent interview, Nicole says that performing the scenes with young British actor Harris Dickinson, who plays the intern, and Antonio Banderas, as her husband, Jacob, were often too much to handle.

She says: “There was an enormous amount of sharing and trust and then frustration.

“It’s like, ‘Don’t touch me.’

“There were moments when we were filming where I was like, ‘I don’t want to have another orgasm.'”

Nicole Kidman’s comments about the sexually charged film have made the release highly anticipated, and we all have one woman to thank, Lizzy Talbot.

The intimacy coordinator for TV and film, started her career coordinating fight scenes, before moving on to more raunchy scenes in 2015.

Lizzy has previously described how the two roles were similar in her mind; as both involved ‘choreography’ and ‘risk management’.

He has a number of big titles under his belt, including No Hard Feelings starring Jennifer Lawrence and the recent Netflix hit The Perfect Couple (also starring Kidman).

After Bridgerton’s 6-Minute Sex Scene, Here Are Some Other TV Moments From The Last Year

But Lizzie is most famous for her romantic and yearning sex scenes on the hit Netflix show Bridgerton, particularly the carriage scene with Penelope and Colin that left viewers speechless. summer long

Now with a wealth of experience, Lizzy has revealed the behind-the-scenes secrets that help create the steamiest scenes TV and film have ever seen.

cut off

Speaking to casting agency Spotlight earlier this year, Izzy explained the process of how intimate coordination works in practice on set, and there’s a lot of red tape involved.

He explained that actors fill out “intimacy riders” at the start of filming, in which they set their limits and boundaries for what they are prepared to film in the way of intimacy and “fake sex”, to ensure that everyone gets feel safe and comfortable.

Lizzy’s Sex Scene Toolkit

Intimacy coaches will devise a choreographed routine where actors know exactly whose hands go where and when. Other times they’ll take a looser “paint-by-numbers” approach where one section of the body, such as from the neck to the lower back, will be free to work on. But the two performers in the scene will know that beyond this designated area is off limits…

Half deflated netball – used in Bridgerton’s second series, a half-deflated net ball keeps a distance between the two actors involved, but allows the intimate scenes to appear realistic

Hibue/shibue — strapless thongs, in a variety of skin tones, that cling to the pelvis and prevent genitalia from touching

Merkins — a pubic wig, often used in period dramas or to provide extra coverage

Flesh-colored underwearr — these can be long enough to cover the thighs and, with the right color, the match remains invisible

Small pillows filled with lamb’s wool — to create a barrier between the actors’ genitals during sex scenes

you lie – to freshen breath for kissing scenes, especially after an actor has taken a smoke break

Glycerin and water spray — to create the illusion of sweat drops during/after vigorous sex scenes

Thermal pads — Used under tunics to keep actors warm between takes

Aloe Vera gel — soothes skin irritated or irritated by modesty pieces

Nipple daisies — to cover an actor’s areola, ensuring that only the side breast is visible

The intimacy coordinator also explained that there was a set of “protocols” to adhere to that included limiting the number of people on set and present for stimulated sex.

Izzy also spent some time after the scene was filmed, helping the actors to “de-propel”; that is, to “leave” his character, once the shooting is over.

Before the cameras start rolling, the scene is drawn in perfect detail by Izzy and the director.

Every movement is meticulously plotted in the steamy scene; to the point of writing where each arm or leg will be placed if necessary.

“The goal is for there to be no surprises, so actors can train in the correct safety technique and stay protected,” he said.

save yourself

In addition to making sure everyone knows and how the scene will look and what movements the actors will make, they also take more. steps to keep them protected.

Addressing rumors that a partially deflated net ball had been used to protect the actors’ modesty during Bridgerton’s sex scenes, Lizzy said the team “will use anything that provides a safe barrier between the actors”.

The TV pro revealed in an interview with PopSugar that the most common item used as a barrier between the actors during Bridgerton’s sex scenes was a “memory foam pillow” he bought at the airport when I was flying from New York to London.

laugh about it

Another important element to filming raunchy scenes, Lizzy says, was making sure she could laugh about it, and shared that the Bridgerton actors brought humor to her bonkathons.

“You’re never going to get through a sex scene with (Jonathan) Bailey with a straight face,” she revealed, adding that Bridgerton’s hunk somehow managed to rip his pants in the crotch on set not once but twice

Speaking about the humor involved in filming intimate scenes, Talbot told The Times in 2021: “Bodies are funny and messy and don’t always do what we want them to do.”

She spoke candidly about the hilarious moments she had while filming the series’ most popular scenes.

And most of them seemed to include Jonathan Bailey and Sabrina Bartlett, who played aristocrat Viscount Anthony Bridgerton and opera singer Siena Rosso.

The couple, whose characters were involved in a forbidden sexual relationship, had many athletic scenes to get right.

“At one point in rehearsals, Sabrina slipped and did a little bit of this fireman’s pole thing on Johnny. And I think we didn’t recover for about ten minutes,” Lizzy revealed.

And once the cast was laughing, it was hard to regain composure.

Lizzy recalled: “The production was yelling, ‘Are you done?’ ‘Wait a minute, I’m taking the room back!’ they always do what we want them to do.”
