NEW DELHI: The BJP’s Tamil Nadu unit has accused the ruling DMK of sharing a map of India on social media that allegedly excludes Pakistan-occupied Kashmir and Aksai Chin. The BJP claims that this act by the DMK is a clear betrayal of India’s sovereignty.
In a post on its X handle, the Tamil Nadu unit of the BJP said, “DMK is exposed as the staunch ally of India’s enemies. From espousing secessionist values ​​to sowing unrest by deepening the North-South divide , even shamelessly placing the Chinese flag at one place. The publication further added, “However, they have now sunk to a new level, revealing their allegiance to the forces that seek to see India destroyed. H Rajaa BJP leader and head of the party’s state coordination committee criticized Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin saying, “It is too much for Prime Minister MK Stalin to expect the national pride of his party who wanted to divide the homeland as a Dravidian nation!”

The BJP emphasized the need for the country to come together to call out the DMK for its “dangerous affiliations” and reaffirming its commitment to protect India’s sovereignty against all threats. The party demanded an unconditional apology from DMK chief MK Stalin for this “shameful and shameful act”.
The controversy arose after the DMK’s NRI wing shared a post on social media platform X that included a map of India that allegedly excludes Pakistan-occupied Kashmir and Aksai Chin.
