Police search for property linked to missing Lincoln woman

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The Lincoln Police Department provided an update on the disappearance of 31-year-old Jerica Hamre Tuesday afternoon.

Based on information gathered during the investigation, investigators from the LPD, Nebraska State Patrol and Nebraska Parks and Game Commission, along with several K9 units, are searching a property near Overton, Nebraska . Authorities began searching the area on Monday.

Police said on 10/11 that the search was in the area of ​​River Lodge Outfitters, south of Overton, along the Platte River.

According to police, evidence suggests Hamre may have last been near Arapahoe, Holdrege, Overton and Lexington.

Hamre was reported by her family as missing under suspicious circumstances on July 3.
