California bar applicants are encouraged to try new questions

California bar applicants can get a boost on their exams if they participate in a study to evaluate multiple-choice questions developed for the state’s new bar exam, according to an order from the state’s highest court been

The California Supreme Court said in its order Monday that participants will have to perform at a certain level on the Kaplan NA LLC pilot questions administered Nov. 8 and 9 to qualify for a score adjustment.

“No participant will receive a score adjustment simply for participating in the proposed study,” the order said.
