Inside troubled daughter Rosie O’Donnell’s ramshackle home littered with meth pipes, feces and trash after she was arrested for child neglect

Photos have emerged showing Rosie O’Donnell’s miserable daughter where she was living when she was arrested for child neglect last month.

Authorities arrived at Chelsea Belle O’Donnell’s home in Wisconsin on September 10 after Chelsea herself called the police about a domestic dispute with her boyfriend, Jacob Nelund.

There, police found deplorable conditions, with her 11-month-old son’s crib allegedly surrounded by hypodermic needles.

Footage from the scene shows the outside of the 27-year-old’s Amberg home littered with rubbish, including a fridge and other furniture.

In one of the photos you could also see a window screen on the floor.

Police have said Chelsea initially tried to downplay the dispute between her and her boyfriend when authorities first arrived at the scene.

He simply said he argued with Nelund and his son, Atlas, was still inside the house.

“I tried to ask him more questions and you could tell that Chelsea was not being honest at all. This was a repeat of what happened a few weeks earlier when he was at her home for a similar incident,” police wrote in the your report

When officers investigated further, they found a meth pipe with residue inside.

Police arrested Chelsea and checked Atlas, where a box of hypodermic needles was allegedly found in the boy’s bedroom.

While in the patrol car, Chelsea admitted to having something in her bra, which police described as a vial-type container and a clear plastic bag with some white pills.

“In the black bottle was a white crystal-like substance that I know to be methamphetamine,” the report said. Police alleged that Chelsea had 18 grams of methamphetamine.

Authorities were called to the scene of the home on Sept. 10, when Chelsea reported that she got into an argument with her boyfriend and that her 11-month-old son, Atlas, was still inside the home.

Both Chelsea and Jacob’s pupils were dilated and unresponsive to a flashlight shining into their eyes, indicating to law enforcement that they had likely been using recreational drugs, according to the report.

“His facial features were sunken and some teeth were missing. His muscle tone was very stiff and it looked like he was flexing when he wasn’t,” the police report alleged.

“I asked him what other drugs he was using today and he said he only smokes marijuana. I know from my training and experience that marijuana won’t have that effect on your eyes.

“I have previously observed this type of impairment in someone who had smoked meth.”

Police described the disgusting conditions inside the home.

“The inside of the home was disgusting (with) milk that stank so bad it almost made me vomit, dirty diapers, used feminine hygiene products, dirty underwear with feces and blood stains and razor blades on the floor ” one agent wrote. the police report.

“The living conditions in the house were horrible,” the trooper wrote, detailing how he and another officer found a used meth pipe in Chelsea and Jacob’s first-floor bedroom.

Meanwhile, in Atlas’ room, “some of the needles were used and there was dried blood.”

“I know that drug users often use necessities like this to shoot meth into their arms or to get high,” the officer wrote in his report.

A second officer described a similar scene, writing, “The general appearance of the house inside and out was unkempt and dirty.”

“Upon entering the residence, I smelled the strong odor of urine and animal feces,” the officer wrote, according to Radar Online.

A third described how there was old rotting fruit, “rubbish, random tools and butane bottles sitting on the floor, all mixed in with (the boy’s) clothes”.

Officers also found a methamphetamine bong and pipe “that a young child could have easily taken.”

“Under a crib, I located a black and silver digital scale, some used gem bags with white residue, and a sharps container that had more used and unused hypodermic needles,” the report continued.

“In a pile of clothes, I found straw that had been cut and burned.”

The report also stated that Chelsea was “sweating profusely” and was very nervous while the police were at her home.

“Jacob and Chelsea appeared to be more concerned about her drug addiction than providing (the baby) with a safe and clean environment,” police alleged.

During their search, police also found evidence suggesting that drug dealing may have taken place inside the home and that there was a facility for cooking methamphetamine.

Chelsea was then charged with four counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place, child neglect, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of THC.

She was released on bond, but just weeks later, Chelsea was arrested again after police found methamphetamine on her during a traffic stop on October 11.

“Chelsea reached into her front right pants pocket while we were trying to grab her and threw what we later found to be a meth pipe into the Oconto River,” Oconto County Sheriff’s deputies wrote in a criminal complaint obtained by Fox 11.

“Chelsea tried to throw it over the fence and into the river, but couldn’t. The meth pipe hit the fence and bounced off the sidewalk, breaking.’

He also allegedly had pills like oxycodone, Morphine sulfate and hydrocodone pills stuffed in bra.

Police charged her with possession of methamphetamine, bail jumping and possession of narcotics, all felonies.

Police records show Chelsea remains in jail, despite a judge setting her bond at $5,000 on Oct. 14, according to OK magazine.

According to reports, he has not been able to raise the money to be released.

Chelsea are due back in court next month to deal with both cases.

She and ex-wife Kelli Carpenter adopted Chelsea when she was a baby, but she moved out of the family home in 2016 when she was 18 and moved to Wisconsin to be close to her birth mother.

“Chelsea is mentally ill,” Rosie told the Daily Mail in 2017. “(She) has been in and out of hospitals most of her life. Born addicted to heroin. She’s had a rough road. She’s very ill. She is not capable of truth or reason.

After her most recent arrest, O’Donnell took to Instagram to share her thoughts.

“Chelsea is in the news today,” he wrote.

“Sadly, this is not new to our family. Chelsea has struggled with drug addiction for a decade; we are all hopeful that she will find a way out of this deadly disease.”

The 27-year-old has four children: daughter Skylar Rose, five, Riley, three, Avery Lynn, two, and one-year-old Atlas.
