Shocking video shows the driver going into gear in a car on the Parkway

Shocking footage shows a driver rear-ending another car on New York City’s Belt Parkway. It started when a silver Honda cut off a driver right behind him. It comes to a complete stop in the middle of a busy Queens road. The driver brakes in time, but then the Honda backs up by slamming the accelerator. The driver, Ashpia Natasha, says she believes she was the victim of a “scenic accident” and that her car was deliberately wrapped by an insurance scam.
