Chelsea was arrested and charged after officers visited her home in Marinette, Wis., on September 10 due to a dispute she had with her boyfriend, Jacob Nelund, which prompted her to call the police , according to the status of the documents.

While on the phone, dispatchers could hear a woman telling another person to “get away.”

While questioning Chelsea at her home, she was found with a meth pipe in her pocket. The pipe reportedly had meth residue.

Once police arrested Chelsea and entered her home, she documented finding “horrific” living conditions.

They then surprisingly located a bong and a meth pipe “that a small child could have easily taken,” according to the police report.

Police said they also found “a black and silver digital scale, some used gem bags with white residue and a sharps container that had more used and unused hypodermic needles” under her son’s crib.

“Inside the bedroom that appeared to be designated as (the boy’s) room, there were numerous used hypodermic needles,” a second officer reported.

“Some of them were covered in blood. There were old apples, trash, random tools and butane bottles sitting on the floor, all mixed in with the clothes that belonged to (the boy).

There was also a “used meth pipe and a jewelry bag containing meth” located in Chelsea and Nelund’s bedroom, according to the documents.

Police found evidence suggesting the home was used for drug trafficking, as well as a facility for cooking meth.
