Harish Kalyan and Attakathi Dinesh, stars ‘Lubber Pandhu‘ directed by Tamizharasan Pachamuthu, which hit the screens in September 2024, has been receiving an amazing response from the audience. With the film having a dream run in the theatres, reports of the film releasing on OTT from October 18 have been doing the rounds. But now, it has been officially announced that the release of the OTT movie has been postponed as the movie is still having a good run in theaters.
The fun-filled cricket drama has actress Sanjana of ‘Vadhandhi’ fame as the female lead with Attakathi Dinesh in an important role. The story of ‘Lubber Pandhu’ revolves around street cricket and caste struggles, with a cast that includes Swasika, Sanjana, Kaali Venkat and Devadarshini.

The title “Lubber Pandhu” means “rubber ball” in the local Chennai slang. While Sean Roldon will be composing the music for the film, the technical team includes Dineshkumar Purushothaman handling the cinematography and Madan Ganesh handling the editing.
