New food hall opening in Cambridge reveals opening date, more concepts

The opening date for the Boston area’s newest food hall has been revealed, as have two of its other dining concepts.

CanalSide Food + Drink will open on Friday 25 October as part of the redevelopment of CambridgeSide Shopping Center in Cambridge.

The new dining room has “spectacular waterfront views, a collection of exciting restaurants and a central bar serving craft cocktails, beer and wine,” staff previously told MassLive.

CanalSide will feature 14 restaurants, from local favorites to new concepts. In May, the dining room revealed 11 of these concepts. Now two more have been added.

They include Juicygreens, a family-friendly, community-oriented juice bar and cafe, and Far Out Ice Cream, which features New Zealand-style ice cream. The rest of the previously announced restaurants are listed below:
