The local insurance company fires its shot at King Monada

Social media has been abuzz after Limpopo-born musician King Monada was trending after a picture of him keeping an eye on his new R1 million Ford Raptor circulated online.

Shortly after the image hit the headlines, the local insurance company decided to target the musician by offering to insure his new car on their Twitter page (X).

King Monada, born Khutso Steven Kgatle on 25 November 1992, is a highly successful South African artist who has brought the Mzansi Bolobedu sound to international audiences. Hailing from the village of Mokgolobotho, he grew up in Tzaneen, a picturesque village in the Mopani district of Limpopo province.

King Monada is engaged to Cynthia Ntebatse and married to Lerato Ramawela, and has three proud children. His mother is Thandi Matlala, and his father, Elvis Kgatla, has sadly passed away after a long illness. He also has two older brothers, Michael and Lucky Kgatla.
