“At the same time, at the present time and, most likely, in the foreseeable future, Kazakhstan will refrain from applying to BRICS, including taking into account the multi-stage process of considering membership, as well as other issues related to the prospects for the development of this association,” said Uali.

At the same time, he added, Kazakhstan is watching with interest the evolution of this association, and also supports the calls of the leaders of the founding states of the organization to make every effort to build a just and democratic world order. free from “hegemony of any superpower”.

At the same time, as Uali has stated, Tokayev prefers the UN as a universal and non-alternative organization in which it is possible and necessary to discuss all current international problems, including those related to the construction of a just world order.
