Amanda Holden has revealed a first look at the 2024 Britain’s Got Talent judging panel after KSI replaced Bruno Tonioli.

The show’s veteran judge, 53, posed for a cheeky selfie backstage with Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon and internet personality KSI, real name Olajide Olayinka Williams Olatunji.

BGT kicked off its first show on Tuesday and Youtuber KSI is believed to have stood in for Bruno as he is busy filming Dancing With The Stars, an American version of Strictly Come Dancing.

Taking to her Instagram story with the click, she captioned it: “What a line. Sending (love) to @brunotonioliofficial.’

And KSI seems to have settled right in, as the content creator is believed to have received his own golden bell for his stint on the panel.

KSI will star on the talent show’s judging panel for just three of the first round’s five audition days.

A source told the Sun: “Bosses were keen for KSI to appear as a full-time judge, given he was due to appear for a number of days.

“It means there will be one more Golden Buzzer act this year, with the remaining judges and hosts Ant and Dec also getting the chance to press it.

“It will definitely make the finals more exciting, seeing which judge is better at picking a winner.”

It is believed that the content creator was brought in to appeal to the younger audience.

A source told The Sun in 2023: “Simon Cowell knows that KSI is a huge hit with the younger generation.

“It would be a great addition to attract teenage fans, which the producers want to do.

“KSI is chatting to bosses in the hope of agreeing a deal that also works with his hectic schedule.”

He confirmed last year that the Italian choreographer will return next year despite schedule clashes, but admitted there will be some sort of replacement.

Appearing on Heart Radio, the music mogul explained: ‘I wouldn’t replace him. I love Bruno on the show.

Simon explained that there was a problem with Bruno’s schedule, so the star had been substituted for some of the auditions that he can’t attend.

Clearing up the rumours, host Jamie Theakston asked the star: “I’ll read you a headline from one of today’s papers, Simon… ‘Britain’s Got Talent is about to leave the judge, Bruno”

As Simon confessed that the headline was false, Jamie pressed: “OK, well, what’s not true?

Simon explained: “Really. I talked to… I don’t know where all this stuff is coming from. I talked to the producers literally two weeks ago about there being a scheduling issue with Bruno.

“Because we’re doing the auditions… some of the auditions this year and he’s going to be in America.

‘So maybe there will be a replacement for him. I don’t know But I love Bruno on the show. I think it’s great.

Judge Amanda agreed when she added: “She brings such amazing energy and knows so much.”

And he knows a lot about what he’s talking about. And indeed, he is a brilliant, brilliant judge and the nicest person. So no, I wouldn’t replace him,” added Simon.

“So… is Bruno coming back?” Jamie asked as Simon confirmed once and for all, “He’ll be back.”

Jamie then asked, “Have you approached Alan Carr?” as Simon replied: “No, Amanda wants Alan.”

“How much say does she have?” Jamie asked, to which Simon quickly replied, “No,” and Amanda shouted, “I have no words.”

Jamie joked, “Is Amanda coming back?” as Simon quipped, “Well, look, let’s celebrate his past.

“I mean how much Amanda has brought to the show over the years. I mean, seriously and it’s going to be… it’s not going to be easy to replace you, but I just want to say thank you publicly.

Amanda added: “Thank you Simon. It’s been an absolute pleasure.”

‘We had fun! I’ve had 18 years of you taking care of the mortgage. So thank you.

Speaking bluntly, Simon added: “Can I be honest with you? I wouldn’t change this judging panel, I think it’s one thing… it’s like your show, your number one. So why would I change BGT?

KSI talked about his music career on Capital Radio on Tuesday.

She said she told the show’s host Jimmy Hill that bad comments about her music make her want to ‘slam her head through a wall’ as she revealed a fan sent her excrement over the post .

During the chat, Jimmy asked: “Was the territory of being an online personality – everything you do and post, like now, everyone has an opinion about it. Do you still look at those opinions or have you learned to block them now?” ‘

KSI said, ‘Oh, I watch everything. I look at everything. Sometimes it comes to me, sometimes it doesn’t. Recently, because of the attack I’ve been through through my music, I think that’s gotten to me, just because it’s obviously personal, it’s my music.

“I think that’s why I’m a lot more emotional than, say, if I did a video. Then I’d just say, ‘Great, whatever. It is what it is,’ and I’d just move on.

But because it’s music, you spend a lot of time, mind, body and soul into a piece of art and then you put it out into the world.

Then you just have people saying, ‘Oh, rubbish! You shock! Turn it off! Get angry! Makes me want to stick my head through a wall.
