Sean “Diddy” Combs’ lawyers have issued a bold statement in the wake of his sex crimes scandal.

On Monday, Oct. 14, attorney Tony Buzbee, who announced at a press conference earlier this month that he was representing 120 alleged victims of Diddy’s, filed his first six lawsuits against the disgraced rapper, each accusing the disgraced rapper of sexual assault.

“The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of documents were clear attempts to gain publicity,” Diddy’s lawyers said. TMZ Monday, referring to Buzbee’s Oct. 1 news conference, during which the attorney sat in front of a large banner printed with the sexual assault hotline number as he to announce that he represented more than 100 accusers, including minors.

“In court, the truth will prevail,” Diddy’s legal team continued. “Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone: adult or minor, male or female.”

Diddy, 54, is currently behind bars at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center as he awaits his upcoming federal trial, which is separate from the additional lawsuits against him.

He was arrested last month and charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation for the purpose of prostitution, three federal charges to which the “All About the Benjamins” rapper, who is scheduled to testify in court, has pleaded innocent

Of the six new lawsuits against Diddy, two were filed by women and four by men, all identified as Jane or John Doe to protect their privacy. An anonymous John Doe alleged that he was molested by the hip-hop mogul at one of Diddy’s infamous “White Parties” in the Hamptons in 1998. The victim was 16 at the time.

Of the 120 accusers representing Buzbee and his firm, he said during his press conference in early October that 60 were men and 60 were women, and some were minors at the time of the incidents.

“Our youngest victim is 9 years old,” Buzbee noted. “We have one individual who is 14. We have one who is 15.”

After the Oct. 1 press conference, Erica Wolff, one of Diddy’s lawyers, said Newsweek in a statement: “As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address all the meritless allegations in what has become a reckless media circus.”

In addition to the federal charges against Diddy and the more than 100 accusers Buzbee represents, celebrity attorney Gloria Allred has several clients of her own who are also accusing the Bad Boy executive of sexual misconduct.
