Barbara Palvin reveals she’s returning to the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show with husband Dylan Sprouse’s help: ‘I’m back!’

The couple, who met in 2017, got engaged in 2022 and married in 2023, came together to share the modeling news.

Barbara Palvin is getting her angel wings back!

On Sunday, October 13, the 31-year-old model announced in an Instagram video that she will return to the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show stage on October 15, with the help of her husband Dylan Sprouse, with whom she had started coming out just months before the brand’s 2018 event.

Sprouse, 32, made a fun cameo, wearing his wife’s pink and white striped robe and eye patches, toward the end of the video announcement shared in a joint post by his wife and Victoria’s Secret.

“Has anyone seen my robe?” Palvin asks at the start of the clip before sharing the news of her return. “I’m back! I’m just doing my finishing touches because today is my right one for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2024. … It’s been six years and now we’re back.”

Before going to the facility, Palvin says, “Bye, baby,” to Sprouse, who responds with, “Bye, baby,” as the camera pans to him rocking his robe.

Sprouse also left a comment on the Instagram post, letting everyone know, “I’m the head of the Barbara Cheerleading Association.”

The couple began dating in June 2018, a few months before Palvin walked in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in November. Palvin’s appearance in 2018 marked her return to the show after a six-year hiatus. Before that, she hadn’t modeled at the event since 2012, when she was 19.

Sprouse and Palvin met at a party in 2017, and he eventually followed her on Instagram and sent her a direct message, which she reportedly responded to six months later. They went on their first date in 2018, became engaged as “Sprouses to be” in 2022, and married in 2023.

It’s unclear if Sprouse will repeat history and bring Shake Shack burgers back to the show like he did in 2018 when he hand-delivered burgers to his girlfriend backstage.

Fans can catch Palvin, Tyra Banks, Gigi Hadid and more on the show on Tuesday, October 15th at 7:30pm ET. The show, which will feature performances by Cher, Tyla and Lisa, and the pink carpet kicking off at 6:30pm will be streamed live on social media and Amazon.
