Tractor-trailer crash, oil leak causes lane closures on Edmund Highway

LEXINGTON COUNTY, SC (WIS) – Lexington County officials said a portion of Edmund Highway is down to one lane after a traffic incident Monday afternoon.

The county said a tractor-trailer was involved in an accident and there was also an oil leak. Lexington County Fire Department crews responded and contained the leak.

The crash has caused traffic delays for northbound and southbound traffic near the 4700 block of Edmund Freeway.

The cause of the accident and the people involved have not yet been released.
