Man arrested in Cuba after drug-related search warrant turns up 440 grams of methamphetamine

A man was arrested on October 11 after a search led to the discovery of hundreds of grams of methamphetamine and other items.

The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office executed a drug-related search warrant with the Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group (LANEG) near the 6000 block of Old Highway 66 on Friday.

According to a news release, the search resulted in approximately 440 grams of methamphetamine, five firearms and several items of drug paraphernalia found inside the home.

Ricky Fisherm, 63, of Cuba, was taken in by deputies after 11 warrants were issued for his arrest on the following charges:

• Second degree drug trafficking
• Five counts of unlawful possession of a firearm
• Five counts of unlawful use of a firearm

The department noted that Fisher was not offered bond upon being booked into the Crawford County Jail.
