Inhaltlich bekommen Besitzer der Taxi-Simulation neue Features, darunter einen Fotomodus, die Steuerung des Taxis per Maus, eine Schnellblick-Funktion und Fahrschule plus jede Menge Überarbeitungen rund um das teils widerspenstige Verhalten und Rate KI-fahrten der Rat. Düber hinaus wurde eine nach längerer Spieldauer zum Programabsturz führende Situation behoben und eine Reihe weiterer Verbesserungen umgesetzt.

Neben den aufgezählten und noch einmal im Detail in Änderungsprotokoll del Patch 5 nachzulesenden Maaschen, beglückt das Entwicklerstudio die Spieler zusammen mit der Aktualisierung auch mit dem kostenlosen “Summer Cosmetic Pack”.

In der sommerliche Schwingungen verbreitenden Erweiterungen sind 2 sommerliche Fahrzeugdesigns, 2 Packungen mit bunten Aufklebern für das Armaturenbrett und ein neuer Radiosender enthalten der mit positiver, entänsthanter Sommerstimmung aufwartet.

New features
-Photo Mode: We added a photo mode for our players to take screenshots of their pimped vehicles like Xzibit. You can adjust temperature, zoom levels, film grain and more. Have fun!
– Mouse Direction: A long-requested accessibility feature. This will allow players to use the mouse to steer the vehicle more accurately when playing with a mouse + keyboard.
– Alternate Quick Look: An alternate quick look mode will now be introduced:

You can find this switch in the settings menu and choose which style suits you best.

– Hide HUD + DOT Center – You can access this new feature in System Settings > Video > HUD Presence
-Return to training mode: Players who want to improve their driving skills in a safe and non-chaotic environment can now return to the driving school and do so. Feel free to master those 3-point turns without the intensity of other drivers honking at you.

– Pedestrian hoops have been fixed at narrow intersections in two districts.
-Pedestrians now stop at red lights when crossing certain neighborhoods.
-Pedestrians no longer pass through the trees next to the Umbracle.
-Problems with pedestrians walking on the stairs on Pg. Marítimo de la Barceloneta have been resolved.
-Pedestrians no longer cross walls at specific points in Rosa Sensat.
-Cutting with land in the middle of Pg. of Joan de Borbó has been fixed.
– Pedestrians no longer step on the trees next to the Square. by Pau Vila.
-Cutting with low fence at the entrance of Rda. of Sant Antoni has been addressed.
-Pedestrians sitting at the tables near the cafe no longer stick to the buildings in the alley between Carrer de Tamarit and Rda. of Sant Pau.
-Fixed clipping with buildings on the Circumvalálación promenade.
-Pedestrians no longer step on the pavement when walking along the train tracks.
-Fixed collision issues with low pedestrian obstacles.
-Pedestrians can now cross the street on Carrer de la Drassana without problems.
-Fixed floating and clipping issues near the garage.

AI vehicles
-Cars no longer try to make a U-turn on Carrer de Freixures and go to the Santa Caterina market.
-AI vehicles no longer drive into walls after Big RoadWorks appears on Av. Marquess of Argentera.
-AI cars are no longer blocked near the Military Parish Church of the Ciutadella.
-Fixed blocking issues with AI cars turning on Princesa Street.

-The game no longer crashes during the scene of picking up a challenge client after an extended game.
-The dot in the center of the screen now properly fades when using the third person camera view.
– The correct voiceover is played for the client during the dialog about the error in the window.
-The “Select” button no longer resets the ON/OFF setting.
