Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl attends therapy in desperate bid to fix marriage amid cheating scandal: reports

Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl is giving it his all to save his failed marriage to wife Jordyn Blum after he fathered a child with another woman. In one such attempt, the singer attends therapy after his wife’s cold behavior. Blum’s cold shoulder towards Grohl’s attempts is taking a toll on him.

According to In Touch, Blum’s attitude toward Grohl’s past jobs is driving the latter to his wits end. A source revealed to the outlet: “He’s gone from being a rock god to a scumbag overnight, it’s changed the dynamic and he hates it. But he has to follow through if he wants to save his marriage . Jordyn and the kids are her life.”

In mid-September, the leader made a shocking announcement on his Instagram where he revealed that he welcomed a child with another woman. He wrote: “I have recently become the father of a new daughter, born out of wedlock.” He added: “I plan to be a loving and supportive father to her. I love my wife and children, and I’m doing everything I can to regain her trust and earn her forgiveness. We appreciate your consideration to all the children involved, as we move forward together,” The Mirror reports. Grohl understands he’s “wrong,” but he’s also “frustrated.”

The insider revealed: “He admits he made a mistake, but he’s under total scrutiny, he’s got no freedom. He’s texting on the phone and apologizing constantly and going to therapy.” They went on to say that the rock star tries to be a “good dad” but “it’s frustrating” for him as he “doesn’t understand that these things can take months, even years, to fix.”

Jordyn Blum ditches her wedding ring

Since the news of Grohl’s cheating, the Nirvana alum and his wife have been spotted without their wedding rings. Blum met her tennis coach, Christopher Crabb and Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz without her wedding ring. The singer was also spotted with his wedding ring on the same day he left his friend’s house. An insider revealed that he initially planned to keep his newborn son a secret, but then felt pressured to go public with the news. They said: “He was afraid mum or someone else would break the news. It’s his way of admitting he’s made mistakes.”
