But there is more to do, and I will do everything in my power power to do so.” As he turned to the last page of his notes, Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm, who was sitting next to him, noticed that he was about to finish his speech and gave him a light tap on the arm, pointing to the monitor where Vice President Kamala Harris. However, White House spokesman Andrew Bates dismissed those claims, calling the reports “the opposite of the truth.” Meanwhile, former President Donald Trump weighed in on the speculation, saying at a rally: “He’s mad, he’s mad at her.”
