"No YEET": Roman Reigns turned down Jey Uso's help to fight The Bloodline

On the June 16, 2023 episode of SmackDown, Jey Uso left The bloodline under the Roman reigns of the original tribal chief. Following his departure from WWE following Reigns’ loss to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania, Solo Sikoa took over The Bloodline with new members adding to the group while banishing Jimmy Uso from WWE for six months. When Jimmy returned to WWE, he and Reigns cut a promo on the final episode of Friday Night SmackDown and Jimmy proposed the help of Jey Uso to fight against Sikoa and his evil stable but Reigns refused.

Roman Reigns turned down Jey Uso’s help

While Jimmy Uso was cheering with the crowd celebrating his return to WWE at Bad Blood after six months, Roman Reigns’ music hit and the duo had a promo segment on the 11th episode October’s Friday Night SmackDown reflecting on their current state and the collapsed Bloodline. .

Roman Reigns addressed the crowd, urging them to recognize Jimmy Uso, saying he understood Jimmy’s frustration but reminding him that he’s the Tribal Chief, not a revenge-driven big brother. Reigns reflected on the past four years of dominance, marking his opportunities, winning championships and maintaining power and respect. He admitted to feeling out of control now, despite being the “greatest of all time”.
On a realistic note, Jimmy pointed out Reigns’ current lack of tribe and reminded him that in Bad Blood, he came back because Reigns needed help, even though Roman never asked for it. Jimmy hinted at a potential ally as fans chanted Jey Uso’s “Yeet.”
“I’m standing here in the middle of this ring, and right now I see a boss without a tribe,” Jimmy said, adding, “Listen, in Bad Blood, man, I came back because you needed me. You didn’t ask, you needed help. I , we need help. I know a person, a person we can get help from.” However, Reigns strongly rejected the idea, saying “No Yeet”.
Jimmy later added, “Listen to me, you’ll be my tribe leader forever, okay? But I’m the only one, the only one in the family that still recognizes you” and walked out of the ring leaving to Reigns in a state of confusion.
