Lizzo reveals everything she eats in a day after giving up her vegan diet

Lizzo has shared a glimpse of her diet with her social media followers, revealing what she typically eats on a day-to-day basis.

The “Good as Hell” singer, 36, posted pictures of herself eating various foods on Thursday, Oct. 10, via an Instagram Reel titled “What I Eat in a Day: As a Former Vegan “.

Lizzo (real name Melissa Jefferson) showed her meals for a typical day, which included egg white cups served with cauliflower and fruit, which appeared to be breakfast.

Later in the video, the Grammy winner ate a Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wrap, which she slathered with mustard.

Another standout meal was the grilled chicken with asparagus and carrots.

Among their drinks for the day were “lemon water” and “homemade peach tea” as well as a more unusual drink choice, okra water.

Okra water recently became a viral trend on TikTok, with fans of the slimy drink believing it to be beneficial for weight loss, clearer skin, and a more efficient digestive system.

“That buffalo lettuce sandwich wrap looked amazing.” wrote one of Lizzo’s impressed Instagram followers, while another added: “Let’s also talk about that beautiful fair skin @lizzobeeating. You look amazing girl! Love it!”

The post comes after Lizzo last month slammed rumors that Ozempic was behind her weight loss progress.

“When you finally get the Ozempic complaints after 5 months of weight training and a caloric deficit,” he cheekily wrote via a social media video on September 20.

The pictures showed Lizzo flashing a closed-mouth smile while wearing a silk robe.

He captioned his post: “OZEMPIC OR COCA?” which was attributed to a “fan”. According to a screenshot included in her upload, a social media user had asked if the singer had “(used) ozempic” or “(snorted) coke” in an earlier image of Lizzo sliding around in shorts leather over a Yitty bodysuit.
