Funding Circle Holdings plc (the “company“) announces that it has acquired for cancellation the following number of its ordinary shares of £0.001 each on the London Stock Exchange by Numis Securities Limited (“Deutsche Numis”) as part of its buyback announced on 7 March 2024:

The Company intends to cancel all common shares acquired.

After the cancellation of the repurchased shares, the issued share capital of the Company will consist of 334,395,574 ordinary shares with voting rights.

There are no common shares in portfolio.

The previous figure (334,395,574) may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine whether they must notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company in accordance with FCA Disclosure.
