Burgh Le Marsh: Plans for 15 new homes

Plans have been submitted to build 15 new homes in Burgh Le Marsh.

Planning permission had already been granted to build four detached houses and three semi-detached houses off Skegness Road, but the plans have since been revised, adding extra homes to the development.

The application from Burgh Pastures Limited said the development would be “consistent with the character of the locality”.

Revised housing plans submitted to East Lindsey District Council show the houses will be located in the south-east corner of the plot and north of the field facing Ingoldmells Road.
