A man who claims to have digital evidence from Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ the alleged strange parties appeared.

Courtney Burgess testified before a federal grand jury on Thursday, October 31, after being contacted by agents from the Department of Homeland Security, NewsNation reported.

After testifying, Burgess, along with his attorney, Ariel Mitchell — appeared on NewsNation Banfield and claimed he was given 11 flash drives that could contain evidence against the rap mogul.

The videos allegedly featured eight celebrities, six men and two women, with Burgess claiming “two to three” of the individuals were minors.

He claimed that “all” the stars appeared to be under the influence or intoxicated in the filming and that they were apparently “victims” and not “perpetrators”. Mitchell said her client could not go into further detail because of the ongoing investigation.

We weekly has reached out to Diddy’s team for comment. Criminal lawyer Mark Geragoswhose daughter Teny Geragos represents Diddy, said he “doesn’t buy” Burgess’ allegations.

“I think prosecutors think he failed the smell test,” he told NewsNation. Cuomo“and I suspect the prosecutors brought him before the grand jury because I don’t think anyone is buying what he’s selling.”

In September, Diddy, 54, he was arrested and indicted on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.

One 14 page indictmentDiddy was accused of orchestrating “Freak Offs,” which are alleged “elaborate and produced sexual performances” that allegedly took place in various hotel rooms.

During these “Freak Offs,” Diddy allegedly “distributed a variety of controlled substances” to victims to keep them “obedient and compliant” during sexual acts. Both Diddy and the alleged victims “received IV fluids to recover from exercise and drug use” after the incident.

The rap mogul, who is a father of seven, has pleaded not guilty to the charges and denied all allegations. He will stay behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in New York before his trial begins in May 2025.

His children appear to be united in their father’s support. One rare public statementDiddy’s six oldest children have expressed their dismay at the “fake stories” surrounding their father.
